Radon Mitigation Technician

Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as an experienced Radon Mitigation Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for performing all tasks that support the system installations and related projects. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Duties

• Loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Daily travel to residential and commercial locations.
• Daily System Remediation Installation.
• Crawl space encapsulation when required for mitigation.
• Perform general site clean-up and maintenance to ensure a safe working and clean environment.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools as required on a daily basis.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability and knowledge to be able to perform the assembly of structures or equipment as needed.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.

Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is required.
• Previous experience in the industry required.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing environments.
• A valid driver's license and a valid Social Security card.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $225.00 - $325.00 per day
