We are seeking a highly skilled Rail System Development Manager to lead the design and development of rail systems, ensuring compliance with RTA standards and global best practices. The role will manage a team, overseeing planning, design, implementation, and post-contract activities across major rail projects.

Responsibilities

Managing rail system design and execution, value engineering, performance management, and sustainability integration. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance, safety, and timely delivery of rail system requirements. The role also involves technical support on contracts, claims, and variations, while monitoring testing, commissioning, and project progress.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering

12+ years of experience in a relevant field
