RAN Senior Engineer.Access Planning&Opt/T\.Proc,Contracts,Commercial Ctrl

Job Purpose

To monitor Network KPIs and performance to ensure competitive quality of service all over the network.

Report To Position Name

1. Conducts weekly BSS & UTRAN design review, Cards utilization and Load to ensure competitive quality of service all over the network. 2. Prepare monthly forecast for the expansions requirements in the network to assist the rollout planning. 3. Analyses of 2G and 3G Traffic Profile to ensure supported traffic by the network or to recommend expansions. 4. Conduct Traffic and signaling links analysis and dimensioning on all interfaces to ensure competitive quality of service all over the network. 5. Conduct roadmaps analysis for HW and SW for all access vendors. 6. Field trials with Radio Access suppliers to assist the decision taking.

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

 University Degree in Communication Engineering(Very Good and above).  Minimum 3 to 4 years Experience.  (Radio and BSS Planning)  Good - Very Good - Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS excel is required.  Good -Very Good - Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
