Ranch Groundskeeper/Maintenance

We are looking for an all around Grounds Keeper to beautify the landscaping and maintain grounds at our ranches in North Texas. This position can be a part-time or full time position. We will be flexible with your schedule for the part-time position but are looking for someone who is able to work at least 3 - 4 days a week. The full time position will be Monday-Friday. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

Mowing and landscaping of all ranch grounds; care for trees, shrubs, and flowers by watering, pruning, fertilizing, mulching, caring for beds, and controlling weeds; planting shrubs and vegetation; watering grounds and applying fertilizer. Collect and dispose of leaves, dirt, rubbish; Assist with the inspection, repair, and installation of sprinkler systems; Maintenance, repair and care for landscaping equipment; upkeep with pools, and perform other duties/projects as assigned. Ability to operate riding mower, power tools, gas-powered weed trimmer, blower, edger, sprayer, garden and hand tools.
