Rates Executive in Freight Forwarding Company

*Only Apply if you have Freight Forwarding Experience*

The Candidate must have experience of 3-4 years in Containerized Freight Forwarding companies / Shipping Lines in Pricing/Rates as per shipping standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Shipping lines for Pricing Requests.
• Ensure Accurate Rate Calculation.
• Communicate with customer and internal sales team to ensure all requests are met in timely manner.
• Able to raise and resolve shipping line rates disputes.
• Manage Internal Company Rates Sheet and keep track of rates quoted to customers and team.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary rates changes and stay up to date with Logistics news.
• Provide timely updates and communications related to rate change to customers and team.
• Perform multi-tasking effectively to manage the workload and meet operational requirements timely.
• Ability to communicate and resolve shipping lines and customer disputes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree .
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding and Shipping Lines, with a focus on Pricing and Rates Calculation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Shipping Terms and how to calculate shipping lines rates.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
