Raw Material Collection Specialist

Job Summary:

The Raw Material Collection Specialist is responsible for sourcing, collecting, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of raw materials required for production. This role involves working closely with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to maintain consistent supply levels and uphold material quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, coordinate, and manage raw material collection activities from suppliers or field sources.
• Ensure materials are collected, stored, and transported following company quality and safety standards.
• Perform initial inspections and quality checks on incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate records of collected materials, supplier information, and transportation logs.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to schedule pickups and resolve supply-related issues.
• Work with the inventory and production teams to forecast material needs.
• Follow and enforce all safety and environmental regulations related to material handling and transportation.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics to ensure cost-effective sourcing and delivery.
• Monitor and report on supplier performance, including timeliness and quality of materials.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements relevant to material sourcing and transport.

Work Environment:

• Field work may be required depending on material source locations.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and raw materials.
• Use of protective gear as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
