Reporting to: Senior Manager &ndash; Raw Material SourcingJob Purpose: To manage and optimize all raw material procurement activities at the plant level. Responsible for biomass sourcing operations, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness, and leading the plant-based sourcing team to meet procurement targets aligned with production plans.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Implement raw material sourcing strategies as per annual targets set by senior management.</li><li>Supervise and guide plant-based sourcing and logistics team members.</li><li>Monitor local biomass availability and collaborate with village suppliers, aggregators, and traders.</li><li>Plan and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly procurement activities to ensure uninterrupted supply.</li><li>Track and control the quality and cost of inbound raw material shipments.</li><li>Maintain relationships with local suppliers and contractors.</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation, MIS reporting, and compliance with company policies and legal norms.</li><li>Coordinate with production and quality control teams to align raw material supply with production schedules.</li><li>Identify and resolve any issues in the sourcing process to minimize disruptions or shortages.</li><li>Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements at the plant level.</li><li>Conduct periodic review meetings with the plant-level sourcing team.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Graduate (Agriculture, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).</li><li>3+ years of experience in commodity procurement, logistics, or agriculture, with at least 2 years at supervisory level.</li><li>Sound knowledge of local biomass supply landscape and vendor management.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills; proficiency in local language preferred.</li><li>Computer proficiency (MS Excel, ERP systems).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;287,885.31 - &#8377;1,254,326.83 per yearWork Location: In person

Raw Material Sourcing Manager (Plant Level)

Job Summary:The Raw Material Collection Specialist is responsible for sourcing, collecting, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of raw materials required for production. This role involves working closely with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to maintain consistent supply levels and uphold material quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, coordinate, and manage raw material collection activities from suppliers or field sources.</li><li>Ensure materials are collected, stored, and transported following company quality and safety standards.</li><li>Perform initial inspections and quality checks on incoming materials.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of collected materials, supplier information, and transportation logs.</li><li>Communicate with suppliers and vendors to schedule pickups and resolve supply-related issues.</li><li>Work with the inventory and production teams to forecast material needs.</li><li>Follow and enforce all safety and environmental regulations related to material handling and transportation.</li><li>Collaborate with procurement and logistics to ensure cost-effective sourcing and delivery.</li><li>Monitor and report on supplier performance, including timeliness and quality of materials.</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements relevant to material sourcing and transport.</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Field work may be required depending on material source locations.</li><li>Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and raw materials.</li><li>Use of protective gear as required.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Raw Material Collection Specialist

Job Purpose: To directly engage with villages, aggregators, and traders for biomass collection, documentation, and logistics. Supports the plant-based procurement team in achieving biomass supply targets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Visit villages, aggregators, and traders regularly to collect biomass material as per plan.</li><li>Document daily sourcing activities and update plant MIS records.</li><li>Ensure correct measurement, quality checks, and paperwork for inbound materials.</li><li>Support local logistics for transporting raw materials from field to plant.</li><li>Assist in resolving supply issues with vendors or transporters.</li><li>Provide field-level market intelligence on biomass pricing and availability to plant managers.</li><li>Follow safety and compliance protocols during procurement and transport.</li><li>Build positive relationships with local suppliers and community members.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Minimum high school education; additional training/experience in agriculture or logistics preferred.</li><li>2+ years field experience in agri-sourcing, commodity collection, or rural outreach.</li><li>Familiarity with villages/local suppliers and ability to travel extensively.</li><li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of strenuous outdoor work.</li><li>Basic documentation and reporting skills; local language proficiency required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,086.00 - &#8377;36,282.29 per monthWork Location: In person
