RCM Account Manager

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi (Preference for residents of Bahria, DHA, or nearby areas)

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned healthcare provider accounts and serve as the primary contact for all Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) activities.
• Oversee end-to-end medical billing processes, including charge review, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and A/R follow-up.
• Monitor and improve key RCM metrics such as Days in A/R, denial rate, and net collections.
• Identify root causes of denials and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure timely submission of clean claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
• Provide regular performance reports and conduct review meetings with clients.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer billing guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal billing, coding, and A/R teams to resolve account issues and optimize collections.

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in medical billing/RCM, including client or account management exposure.
• Strong understanding of the complete RCM lifecycle and payer reimbursement processes.
• Experience with EHR/practice management systems and clearinghouses.
• Proficiency in analyzing RCM reports and performance metrics.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Timings

• 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Summers)
• 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Winters)
