Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and debris removal following fire, water, mold, or asbestos incidents to restore property integrity
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for demolition, cleaning, and restoration tasks
• Assist with mold remediation and asbestos abatement projects by following safety protocols and industry standards
• Use carpet cleaning equipment and techniques to restore flooring damaged by water or fire incidents
• Support construction-related tasks such as minor repairs or demolition under supervision
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly handling waste disposal and equipment storage
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of restoration projects while adhering to safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other restoration equipment safely
• Knowledge of fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, or asbestos abatement is a plus
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new skills in the restoration industry
