RCM Executive/ Medical Biller

Job Title: RCM Executive
Location: Karachi (Onsite)
Shift Timing: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Salary: Up to 60k (based on experience & skills)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RCM Executive to join our Medical Billing team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of proven experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process, including charge entry, payment posting, claim submission, denial management, and AR follow-ups. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
• Perform accurate charge entry, payment posting, and claim submissions.
• Handle denial management by analyzing and resolving rejected/denied claims.
• Conduct AR follow-ups with insurance companies and clients to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, HIPAA, and client-specific requirements.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to billing, collections, and claims.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Finance, or Healthcare).
• 1–2 years of proven experience in Medical Billing / RCM.
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare billing, CPT, ICD-10, and insurance guidelines.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficiency in MS Office and medical billing software.
• Ability to work in night shift (8 PM – 5 AM).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
