RCM Manager

Our client is a Leading Multinational Brand of Healthcare Services Providers, for their multi-speciality clinic, located in Karama, Dubai, UAE, they are looking for an RCM Manager (Insurance Manager) to join immediately.

• Liaison & Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for insurance companies, third-party administrators (TPAs), and brokers.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and manage contracts with insurance providers to ensure favourable agreements and efficient operations.
• Claims Management: Oversee the entire claims process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions and resolutions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the clinic's operations and insurance processes comply with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and other relevant insurance laws in the UAE.
• Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times in insurance operations.
• Risk Assessment & Loss Prevention: Support initiatives to manage risks and prevent losses within the clinic.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor premium tracking, support revenue forecasting, and manage insurance collections.
