RCM - P-Way (Railway Projects / Permanent Way)

Job Responsibility:

• Prepare and implement detailed execution plans for P-Way work, including earthwork, formation, track linking, ballast supply, tamping, welding, and related activities.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Manage and control resources including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure proper surveying, marking, and levels for track alignment.
• Oversee track construction activities such as rail laying, sleeper spacing, ballast packing, destressing, and welding.
• Coordinate with client representatives (e.g., Railways, RVNL, DFCCIL, PSU bodies), site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
