RCM Sales Executive (Revenue Cycle Management)

Timing= 8PM to 5AM (night shift)

Location= Gulshan Block 11, Karachi

Salary= depends on experience.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to acquire new clients for our Mental and Behavioral Health medical billing / RCM services. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare sales, lead generation, and client acquisition, particularly in the US healthcare or medical billing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for mental/behavioral health providers (therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, clinics).
  • Reach out via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Pitch medical billing services and explain value propositions to potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings and demos with decision-makers.
  • Close deals and onboard new clients.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM tools.
  • Build long-term relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with the billing team to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in medical billing or healthcare services.
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare system (preferred).
  • Experience targeting mental/behavioral health providers is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
