Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to acquire new clients for our Mental and Behavioral Health medical billing / RCM services. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare sales, lead generation, and client acquisition, particularly in the US healthcare or medical billing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for mental/behavioral health providers (therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, clinics).
- Reach out via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Pitch medical billing services and explain value propositions to potential clients.
- Schedule meetings and demos with decision-makers.
- Close deals and onboard new clients.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM tools.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with the billing team to ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales/business development, preferably in medical billing or healthcare services.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare system (preferred).
- Experience targeting mental/behavioral health providers is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
