RCO Learning Architect

Job Description:

Learning Architects are passionate about making learning simple, engaging, and accessible. They create experiences to solve knowledge, skill, and attitude gaps and help caregivers grow personally and professionally. Evolving HR, education, social, and design technologies are everyday tools used to build human-centered learning opportunities in a digital environment.

Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm MT

Learning Architects search for the very best educational content to support organizational goals and caregiver learning and improvement. They use a defined curriculum framework, multiple platforms and modalities, and industry best practices to validate, organize, package, promote, and deliver current and relevant content. They have a keen eye for visual design in print and pixels and a commitment to clear, concise, and engaging writing and other communication forms.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or three years of related work experience

Content management experience—great at evaluation and organization!

Experience with digital learning tools, platforms, and technologies (for example, design software, learning management systems)

Skill in user-centric writing and design

Consultative approach to problem solving

Good communication skills (verbal, writing, presentation)

Experience using interpersonal, communication, creative, and team collaboration skills.

Able to manage goals, quality standards and timelines for multiple projects.

Growth mindset

Healthcare experience

Experience measuring and analyzing learning data

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$33.75 - $53.16
