R&D Chemist- Paint

Job Title: Paint Chemist
Location: Hub Factory

Nasa Chemicals is hiring an experienced Paint R&D Chemist for our Hub Factory. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in paint formulations specially spray paints and also industrial process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and improve formulations for decorative (household), industrial, and spray paints (aerosol).

· Conduct lab testing (viscosity, gloss, drying time, adhesion, etc.).

· Ensure product quality and batch consistency.

· Troubleshoot production and formulation issues.

· Support maintenance of paint production equipment.

· Maintain proper documentation and ensure safety compliance.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in paint manufacturing.

· Strong knowledge of solvent-based and water-based systems.

· Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
