R&D ENGINEER

As Esan; Production has started in 1978 with the production of industrial raw materials with our understanding of sustainable mining that is sensitive to people, the environment and the future. At 2009, metallic minerals have also been included in our portfolio. Esan has 12 locations in Turkey and 4 offices abroad. Our products are exported to more than 50 countries. What do we expect from our new team member?

• Conduct characterization, performance, and application tests for industrial and critical minerals.
• Support new product development projects and improvements to existing products.
• Prepare samples, plan tests, analyze data, and prepare reports for R&D projects.
• Evaluate product specifications based on customer requirements and carry out comparative analyses.
• Participate in joint projects with universities and research institutions.
• Assist in quality, reporting, and documentation processes within the R&D Center.
• Work in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

What kind of team member are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
• Preferably knowledgeable in industrial minerals or ceramic materials.
• 0–3 years of professional experience.
• Basic knowledge of material characterization techniques (XRD, SEM, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good command of English (capable of reading technical documents and preparing reports).
• Team player, eager to learn, and passionate about research.
