R&D Executive (Construction Material Development)

Role Overview

We are looking for an R&D Executive – Construction Material Development who will be responsible for developing, testing, and improving construction materials and concrete mix designs specifically for 3D concrete printing applications. The role involves laboratory work, site trials, and continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct concrete mix design trials suitable for 3D concrete printing
• Perform material testing and laboratory experiments
• Research new construction materials and admixtures
• Maintain accurate test reports, data sheets, and documentation
• Support site trials and printing operations with R&D inputs
• Analyze test results and suggest quality improvements
• Work closely with site execution and printer operation teams
• Assist in developing new processes and material innovations
• Ensure consistency, quality, and performance of materials

Qualification

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Technology / Material Technology
• OR
• ITI candidates with strong interest in laboratory work and material testingRequired Skills & Competencies
• Strong interest in research, experimentation, and innovation
• Basic understanding of concrete technology and construction materials
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to maintain test data and technical documentation
• Willingness to work in lab and site environments
• Good coordination and communication skills

Experience

• Fresher to 2 years
• Freshers with lab exposure are encouraged to apply
