Business Development Manager - Construction Materials/Architectural

Job Title - Business Development Manager

Experience - 7-8 years

Location - Bangalore

Work Mode - Work From Office (6 Days)

  • Candidate should have experience of 7-8 years in business development
  • Minimum 3 years in retail based/, building construction materials/architectural materials/retail services organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, or related technical field
  • MBA or Post-Graduate Diploma in Management preferred
  • Budget: 8 - 10LPA commensurate with the experience, technical skills & expertise.
  • Working days: 6 days a week, office timings: 9:00 am. to 6 pm.
  • Candidate should be willing to work at the Bommasandra office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management: Oversee key account mapping and management to meet quarterly revenue objectives.
  • Revenue Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets for static and digital display solutions within enterprise, retail, builders sectors across South India .
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with end clients, architects, consultants, and PMCs to uncover new opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
  • Market Expansion: Identify high-impact projects and engage with industry associations and consultants to enhance market presence.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee quote generation, workflows, proposal development, and contract negotiations. Monitor sales funnel performance, providing forecasts, market insights, and competitor analysis to internal teams.
  • Opportunity Acceleration: Drive conversion rates by offering technical and commercial guidance to clients, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Sales Growth: Expand market share by boosting sales within existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
  • Product Launch Execution: Champion new product introductions by promoting solutions to key accounts.

Demo Coordination: Secure and execute product demonstrations with prospects, closing deals through onsite visits or industry events.

  • Lead Management: Qualify and pursue leads from marketing campaigns, aligning offerings with client requirements.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Maintain hopper records, submit weekly visit reports, and track funnel metrics.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and technological shifts, sharing insights with relevant teams.
