R&D Incentive Specialist

What skills do you have?

• Has 5+ years of expertise in R&D processes
• Has project experience in the Technology and Software sector
• Possesses strong Research & Development and documentation (reading/writing) skills
• Has experience in an R&D Center and is familiar with its processes
• Has R&D project management experience
• Has experience in managing national and international R&D projects
• Proficient in using MS Office programs
• Has a good command of written and spoken English
• Has strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and high coordination ability

What will you do?

• Ensure the successful implementation of research strategies and initiatives planned within the R&D department
• Manage R&D department operations and documentation processes
• Support the management of the R&D Center and its personnel
• Write R&D projects and apply for national grant programs such as TÜBİTAK and KOSGEB
• Prepare annual R&D activity reports
• Manage the time-tracking (PDKS) system
• Manage Technopark portals
• Follow EU activities under the mentorship of academic advisors and contribute to generating new project ideas
• Work jointly with the R&D Center’s Academic Consultant in line with R&D strategies
