【Role Overview】

As the "core connector" of our R&D team, you will participate in the full lifecycle of medical device development. This role offers more than just hands-on STEM practice; it is a comprehensive stage where you can leverage your organizational talents and bilingual communication strengths. You will support engineers with high-precision performance testing, manage the orderly operation of the lab, and serve as a vital link between us and our global partners.

【Key Responsibilities】

• R&D Support & Precision Testing: Assist engineers in setting up mechanical and functional test platforms. You will apply a meticulous eye for detail to run routine tests, strictly follow SOPs, and ensure experimental data is presented accurately and professionally in Excel reports.
• Prototyping Excellence: Participate in the fine assembly and preparation of medical device prototypes. We value dexterity and a passion for craftsmanship in preparing high-quality test samples (no complex surgical suturing required).
• Laboratory Stewardship: Take ownership of the daily organization and harmony of the R&D lab. Manage raw material inventory, thoughtfully handle the procurement of office/lab supplies, and coordinate incoming shipments to create an efficient workspace.
• Documentation Artistry: Assist in organizing, formatting, and maintaining technical documents and lab reports, ensuring our R&D data is highly traceable and meets professional standards.
• Bilingual Collaboration: Utilize your excellent English and Mandarin skills to help translate technical specs and communicate with overseas suppliers and manufacturing teams in a personable and professional manner.
• Team Empowerment: Support the team with daily administrative duties to ensure a smooth R&D workflow, becoming a trusted and reliable partner for the entire engineering department.

【Qualifications】

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related STEM field.
• Soft Skills First: Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. We highly value candidates who have shown patience and thoroughness in university lab settings, even without prior industry experience.
• Strictly Bilingual: Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) is required for seamless collaboration.
• Digital Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data management). Basic knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks/Creo) is a wonderful plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
