Industry: Apparel & Boxing Gloves Manufacturing

We are looking for a creative and technical R&D Manager to lead product development, material innovation, and product improvement for our Apparel & Boxing Gloves division.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new products, designs, and materials for apparel and boxing gloves
• Research new fabrics, foams, materials, and production techniques
• Improve existing products in terms of quality, cost, and durability
• Coordinate with production, merchandising, and sales teams for new developments
• Handle product sampling, testing, and product specifications
• Maintain product development records and technical sheets
• Work on cost reduction and product innovation projects
• Coordinate with international customers for product development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Product Development or relevant field
• 5–8 years of experience in Apparel / Sports Goods / Gloves Manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of materials, product development, and sampling
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
