R&D Mechanical Engineer

· Develop and propose new innovative mechanical ideas for lighting products to improve design, durability.

· Identify, analyze, and solve mechanical issues in lighting products using creative and practical solutions.

· Work closely with production to resolve manufacturing issues and provide process improvements.

· Collaborate with design, R&D, and production teams for new product development (NPD).

· Support in design improvements.

· Understanding of lighting components, materials, and assembly techniques.
