R&D Project Management Specialist

We are currently looking for a R&D Project Management Specialist.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required in a field such as Chemistry, Chemistry Engineering, Pharmacy department of a university,
• Min. 2 - 4 years of experience in project management and being able to use project management tools (MS project and project online server platform)
• To have Project Management Certificate (PMP) or training and knowledge within the scope of project management methodologies is preferred,
• Being able to use spreadsheet software and data-sharing platforms very well (Excel, MS Office software, MS Teams)
• Fluent in English for written and oral communication ,to be able to proceed current publications and guideline follow-up, process management with external stakeholders,
• Having strong organizational and communication skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• From the raw material supply of the approved “Turkey” and “International Markets” new product projects to the launch of the product; Coordinate and follow up with all internal and external stakeholders within the department,
• To carry out coordination and consolidation activities of project feasibility studies with internal & external stakeholders
• Preparing the budgets and time plans of the projects and making the necessary follow-up and controls for the execution of the projects ,
• To make analyzes to ensure the effective use of R&D resources (capacity management with project online system)
• Preparing project status reports and project presentations for the management team by obtaining necessary information and insights from relevant stakeholders,
• Taking part in continuous improvement studies in R&D processes
• Being able to follow the purchasing processes in R&D projects
