  • Provide strategic advice on maximising R&D tax incentives and identifying new opportunities for claims.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technologists and/or R&D Consultants, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in R&D tax legislation and best practice and communicate these to internal teams.
  • Support business development activities and M&A.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tax, audit, advisory) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Ensure all files and documentation are maintained in accordance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
