What you’ll do:

• Represent clients in the sale and purchase of residential real estate.
• Generate leads, build relationships, and expand your client base.
• Guide clients through every step—from market consultation to closing.
• Participate in live coaching, training sessions, and strategic business planning.
• Leverage our advanced systems, platforms, and team resources to build a sustainable, high-earning business.

Qualifications:

• Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
• Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, or related fields preferred.
• Self-motivated, with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
