About the Role

• We are looking for an experienced React and Node.js Developer with over 5 years of expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The role requires strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies, cloud environments, and CI/CD practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to architecture discussions, and ensure the delivery of enterprise-grade solutions with best-in-class performance and reliability.
• This role also involves guiding junior developers, implementing coding standards, and actively participating in building innovative solutions on modern technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, scalable front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and deliver seamless, reliable user experiences.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, technical decision-making, and overall solution design.
• Establish and enforce coding best practices, testing strategies, and CI/CD workflows.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new frameworks, and emerging technologies, and apply them to enhance existing systems.

Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in React.js (17.0+), TypeScript (5.0+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.
• Experience in responsive UI development and frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and software design principles.
• Hands-on expertise in Node.js and Express for REST API development.
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in working with cloud environments – Azure preferred (AWS/GCP exposure is an advantage).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest and Cypress.
• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and SDLC tools such as Jira and Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to React Native for mobile application development.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale projects with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and application security best practices.
