Our flagship product, HAAJRI.in, is revolutionizing attendance management for labor-intensive industries like construction and contracting. We are seeking a talented React Native Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our team and help build high-performance, scalable mobile applications.

Role: React Native DeveloperKey Responsibilities:

-Develop & Implement Features – Design and develop new features using React Native while ensuring seamless performance across platforms.
-Native Module Integration – Work with native modules (Android/iOS) for deep system-level interactions.
-State Management – Utilize Redux Toolkit for efficient and scalable state management.
-Threading & Performance Optimization – Optimize app performance by handling multi-threading and reducing bottlenecks.
-Code Quality & Maintainability – Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
-Debugging & Unit Testing – Ensure the application is bug-free by implementing unit tests and debugging effectively.
-Collaboration – Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to create high-quality applications.
-Stay Updated – Keep up-to-date with the latest React Native and mobile development trends.
-Mentorship & Leadership – Guide junior developers, share best practices, and contribute to the team’s growth.
-Technical Communication – Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including clients and product teams, to understand business needs.

Requirements:

✔ 3+ years of hands-on experience in React Native development.
✔ Strong understanding of native modules in React Native (Android & iOS).
✔ Proficiency in multi-threading & app optimization for better performance.
✔ Experience with Redux Toolkit for state management.
✔ Familiarity with debugging tools, unit testing, and performance profiling.
✔ Good knowledge of RESTful APIs & third-party libraries.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
✔ Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities.
✔ Passion for building high-quality, scalable applications.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
