React Native Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a React Native Developer (2–4 years) to build and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver performant, scalable, and polished experiences. The ideal candidate has strong React Native fundamentals, solid debugging skills, and experience shipping production apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain React Native mobile apps (iOS/Android) using clean, reusable, and testable code.
• Translate UI/UX designs (Figma or similar) into pixel-perfect mobile screens.
• Integrate REST APIs (and/or GraphQL), manage state, and ensure smooth navigation flows.
• Implement and maintain authentication, in-app purchases/subscriptions, push notifications, analytics, and deep linking as needed.
• Optimize app performance (rendering, memory, startup time), and reduce crashes.
• Write and maintain unit/integration tests and ensure stable releases.
• Debug production issues using logs, crash tools, and profiling.
• Work with native modules when required (Android/iOS), including linking, troubleshooting, and build fixes.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical planning, and improve engineering standards.
• Collaborate with CI/CD pipelines and publish builds to TestFlight/Play Console.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience building mobile apps with React Native.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React hooks, component architecture.
• Experience with state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, MobX, Context API).
• Experience with navigation (React Navigation) and common app patterns.
• Solid understanding of mobile fundamentals: networking, caching, offline storage, app lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Android/iOS build tooling (Gradle, Xcode), signing, and release processes.
• Proficiency using Git and working in a team-based workflow (PRs, code reviews).
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Native Modules (Kotlin/Java, Swift/Obj-C) and bridging.
• Experience with Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics, FCM, Remote Config).
• CI/CD experience (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, CircleCI).
• Experience with payments/subscriptions (RevenueCat, StoreKit, Google Billing).
• Familiarity with performance tools (Flipper, React DevTools, Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler).
• Knowledge of accessibility and localization best practices.
