React Native Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile applications using React Native.

• Build reusable components and implement scalable architecture patterns.

• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs along with third-party services.

• Implement and manage payment gateway integrations.

• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility (iOS and Android).

• Troubleshoot and debug issues across devices and environments.

• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams.

• Work with Firebase or similar services for authentication, real-time data, and push notifications.

• Apply Clean Architecture principles to ensure maintainability and scalability.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in React Native and mobile development.

• 4+ years of experience in React Native.

• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

• Experience with Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, or Zustand.

• Deep understanding of mobile performance optimization.

• Hands-on experience with native modules (Android and iOS basics), REST APIs, WebSockets, and app lifecycle and navigation (React Navigation).

• Experience with offline storage (MMKV, AsyncStorage).

• Strong debugging skills using React Native DevTools, Android Studio Profiler, and Xcode Instruments.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

• Solid understanding of Clean Architecture and design patterns.

• Portfolio of published React Native apps on Play Store or App Store.

• Effectively uses AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity, without compromising architectural integrity or code quality.

• Screening: A test-based assessment to evaluate technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

• Round 1: A technical interview to assess the candidate’s expertise and practical experience.

• Round 2: A discussion with the CTO to evaluate strategic thinking and technical alignment.

• Round 3: An HR interview to assess cultural fit, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
