Job Overview

We are a SaaS-based product company seeking a skilled Website Developer to manage and enhance our company website.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in WordPress along with hands-on experience in modern frontend technologies and CMS platforms. You will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable, visually engaging, and SEO-optimized web experiences aligned with current market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the company website using WordPress (custom themes & plugins)
• Work on UI/UX improvements, animations, and interactive web elements
• Convert Figma / Adobe XD designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages
• Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO (Core Web Vitals)
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
• Integrate third-party tools (CRMs, analytics, APIs, payment gateways)
• Manage website hosting, deployment, and basic server configurations
• Troubleshoot bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks
• Stay updated with latest web technologies, CMS platforms, and frontend trends
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams

Technical Requirements

1. Core WordPress & Backend Development

• WordPress Mastery: Proven experience in custom WordPress development, including theme and plugin development from scratch and a deep understanding of WordPress architecture.
• Modern CMS & Tools: Hands-on experience with platforms like Webflow and a strong proficiency in PHP.
• Advanced Integrations (Preferred): Familiarity with WooCommerce, Headless WordPress architectures, and REST API integrations.
• Environment Management: Knowledge of hosting environments, CDN configuration, and caching strategies to ensure site stability.

2. Frontend Engineering

• Modern Stack: Proficiency in ES6+ JavaScript and experience with modern frameworks, specifically React.js or Next.js.
• Styling Excellence: Expert-level skills in HTML5 and CSS3, with deep experience using utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Interactive Design: Ability to translate complex UI/UX designs into polished, functional interfaces with smooth animations and interactive elements.

3. Performance & Technical SEO

• Speed Optimization: A "performance-first" mindset with a solid understanding of Core Web Vitals and speed optimization techniques.
• SEO Best Practices: Knowledge of technical SEO, including the implementation of meta tags, schema markup, and structured data.
• Quality Assurance: Proficiency in browser developer tools for debugging and version control using Git (GitHub/GitLab).
