Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to build a complete web-based system from scratch for internal business operations.

This is a high-responsibility role requiring full ownership of the system, including architecture, development, and deployment. Only candidates meeting all mandatory requirements should apply.

Key Responsibilities (Mandatory Experience)

The candidate must have proven experience in all of the following:

• Built at least 1–2 complete web applications from scratch (end-to-end)
• Designed system architecture independently
• Developed full frontend and backend systems
• Created and managed production-level APIs
• Integrated third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, SMS APIs)
• Built admin dashboards or internal tools
• Deployed live projects on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Designed and managed databases, including optimization

Technical Requirements (Mandatory)

Frontend:

• Strong experience in React.js or Next.js

Backend:

• Node.js or Python (Django or FastAPI)

Database:

• PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

Other Requirements:

• API development and integrations
• Git version control
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Education (Mandatory)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field

OR

• Equivalent proven industry experience with a strong portfolio (must be demonstrated)

Experience (Mandatory)

• Minimum 5+ years of full stack development experience
• Proven track record of delivering live production systems

Disqualification Criteria

• Experience is limited to small tasks or partial modules
• No complete systems have been built independently
• Candidate is unable to explain system architecture clearly
• Heavy dependency on team for core development

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience with logistics, inventory, or ERP systems

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
