Ready-mix Batching Plants Maintenance Engineer

we are seeking Maintenance Engineer who is responsible of managing all the workshop activities and maintenance jobs of the company including but not limited to the production plant.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage all maintenance activities related to Ready-Mix batching plants, including mixers, silos, conveyors, weigh hoppers, compressors, and dust collectors.

2. Ensure uninterrupted plant operations through effective preventive and corrective maintenance.

3. Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment.

4. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults in batching plant systems.

5. Maintain and troubleshoot PLC-controlled batching systems, sensors, load cells, and control panels.

6. Supervise plant maintenance technicians and electricians assigned to batching plant operations.

7. Regularly observe and implements the safe performance work within the working area.

8. Facilitate service/maintenance or calibrations all the plant and machineries of the company.

9. Responsible planning, leading, organizing, and supervising the day to day activities of the Workshop Section, controlling the quality of repairs, annual PMS, implementation of HSEQ standards, and performance appraisal of subordinates. Perform other related tasks and functions that maybe assigned by management.

10. Reporting of near miss observations and incident investigation.

11. Be familiar with the emergency plan, the emergency assembly area and emergency coordinators for their building, and participate in emergency drill.

12. Monitor and supervise the performance of all personnel in the workshop department and makes sure that all policies and procedures are complied with by the department.

13. Responsible of checking and evaluating the material/s requisition related to maintenance and to confirm the order by giving signatures for the LPO’s.

14. Monitor and check all the mechanical and technical jobs perform by the maintenance personnel.
