Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ready Mix Concrete Plant Dispatcher and Batchman to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will coordinate the daily operations of the concrete batching plant, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality concrete to construction sites. Your expertise will help optimize production schedules, manage logistics, and oversee the batching process to meet project specifications and deadlines. Duties

• Schedule and dispatch concrete delivery trucks efficiently, balancing customer demands with plant capacity
• Operate and monitor concrete mixers, ensuring proper batching according to project specifications
• Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and construction teams to coordinate pickup and delivery times
• Maintain accurate records of batch tickets, delivery logs, and inventory levels
• Qualifications
• Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or warehouse environments preferred
• Familiarity with concrete forming techniques and finishing procedures
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for batching and dispatching tasks
