Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Screening resumes
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Administering appropriate company assessments
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Making recommendations to company hiring managers
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity.
  • To perform other HR activities as assigned by the supervisor
  • To facilitate the joining of the candidate and provide the desired assistance at the time of joining

Essential Skills

  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate may apply
  • A minimum of 5 years+of progressive HR experience, preferably in a Noida real estae industry.
  • Experience in bulk sales hiring and attrition management
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
