We are looking for a confident, resourceful, and people-oriented team member to help us identify and connect with property owners through our CRM, GoHighLevel. This role involves a mix of outbound calling, owner research, follow-up, and relationship-based outreach. Unlike traditional investor or wholesaler approaches, our team focuses on thoughtful communication, thorough property investigation, and building genuine rapport with owners over time.
The ideal candidate is comfortable making cold calls, starting conversations with people they do not know, and navigating outreach with professionalism and confidence. They should be persistent, detail-oriented, and willing to dig deeper when owners are difficult to reach. This role is not just about making calls. It is about creating meaningful opportunities through strategic follow-up, research, and relationship building.
