Real Estate Acquisitions Manager

Proper Realty Group is looking for a driven Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to lead our deal pipeline in Austin, TX. In this role, you'll be the tip of the spear — sourcing on and off-market properties, negotiating directly with agents and sellers, and locking up contracts at prices that make deals move. • Source off-market residential properties through cold calling, driving for dollars, direct mail leads, and networking with distressed homeowners
• Analyze deals quickly using comps, ARV, repair estimates, and market data to determine maximum allowable offers
• Negotiate directly with motivated sellers to secure properties under contract at wholesale-friendly prices
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of seller leads in the CRM, ensuring consistent and timely follow-up
• Coordinate with the dispositions team to ensure smooth assignment or double-close transactions
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, title companies, and other key partners in the local market
• Prepare purchase agreements, letters of intent, and other transaction documents
• Stay current on Austin market trends, neighborhood values, and emerging investment opportunities
