We're looking for a Remote Acquisition Manager to join our fast-growing real estate investment company.
If you're great on the phone, love solving problems, and want uncapped earnings -this is for you.

Prior experience closing deals at a real estate wholesaling or investment company is required.

• A self-motivated, results-driven sales closer
• Strong communicator who builds rapport naturally
• Proven experience in negotiation and sales, especially over the phone
• Must be coachable and open to feedback.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and confidently

What You’ll Do:

• Speak with motivated sellers to understand their situation and present win-win solutions
• Build rapport, uncover seller motivation, and establish trust
• Analyze comparable market data to determine property value
• Make offers and negotiate to lock up contracts
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and consistent follow-up
• Follow proven systems and processes while taking ownership of results
