Real Estate Manager
Results-driven Real Estate Manager with expertise in overseeing residential and commercial property portfolios, optimizing property operations, and enhancing tenant satisfaction. Proven ability to manage day-to-day property operations, negotiate lease agreements, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and deliver exceptional customer service while driving occupancy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of multiple residential and commercial properties, including leasing, rent collection, vendor coordination, and maintenance oversight.
Lead leasing initiatives by marketing vacancies, conducting property tours, screening applicants, and negotiating lease agreements.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, landlord-tenant laws, LIHTC requirements, and Section 8 housing programs.
Utilize property management platforms such as Yardi, OneSite, and CMMS systems to maintain accurate records, generate reports, and monitor property performance.
Coordinate maintenance and facilities management activities to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Administer contracts, lease documentation, and legal correspondence while assisting with dispute resolution involving tenants and vendors.
Foster positive tenant relationships through responsive communication, conflict resolution, and high-quality customer service.
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to improve operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong background in property management, real estate administration, and housing compliance.
Comprehensive knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC programs, and Section 8 policies.
Proficient in Yardi, OneSite, CMMS platforms, and other property management software.
Skilled in lease negotiations, contract management, conflict resolution, and vendor relations.
Excellent organizational, administrative, and record-keeping abilities with strong attention to detail.
Knowledgeable in property maintenance operations and facilities management best practices.
Strong communication and customer relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated success in maximizing occupancy and promoting available units while maintaining ethical and regulatory standards.
Pay: $53,114.68 - $63,966.07 per year
