Our company has built the systems, automations, CRM structure, outreach campaigns, follow-up processes, and sales infrastructure needed for someone to operate at a high level. The opportunity is here; now we need the right person who can execute.

About the Role

We are hiring an Acquisitions Manager to work directly with real estate agents to source and negotiate off-market investment opportunities.

This person will be responsible for building strong relationships with agents, identifying motivated or flexible sellers, analyzing opportunities, making offers, following up consistently, and getting properties under contract.

This is not a casual sales role. We are looking for someone sharp, competitive, disciplined, and hungry. You do not need to be the most experienced person in the industry, but you do need to have the traits of someone who can become one of the best.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for:

  • Reaching out to real estate agents daily through our existing outreach systems
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Following up consistently and professionally
  • Identifying potential off-market, creative finance, cash, and wholesale opportunities
  • Properly organizing and managing your pipeline inside the company CRM
  • Hitting minimum daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
  • Communicating clearly with the team on active opportunities
  • Owning the deal from initial outreach to getting a property under contract

What Success Looks Like

This role is built around performance. The goal is simple: create real relationships to drive new opportunities from initial contact to close.

You will be expected to consistently hit minimum KPIs for:

  • Daily agent outreach
  • Follow-up activity
  • Meaningful agent conversations
  • New opportunities created
  • Offers submitted
  • Contracts signed
  • Deals closed

Compensation

This is a high-commission role. Compensation is based on closed deals, with strong upside for someone who can consistently source and contract profitable opportunities.

This is best suited for someone who is motivated by performance-based pay and wants their income tied directly to results.

  • Need a guaranteed salary to stay motivated
  • Do not like being held accountable to KPIs
  • Get discouraged easily
  • Are looking for a comfortable 9–5
  • Cannot stay organized inside a CRM
  • Want to “try real estate” without fully committing
