About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Representative to speak with motivated homeowners, qualify real opportunities, and close property deals across multiple U.S. markets. This is a performance-driven role working with real seller leads provided by the company.
What You Will Do
- Speak with motivated sellers (inbound and outbound leads provided)
- Identify motivation, condition, timeline, and price
- Negotiate and structure purchase agreements
- Build rapport and move qualified leads to contract
- Work closely with our Dispositions and Transactions teams
- Update CRM accurately and follow a proven process
Required Experience (Do NOT apply without all of these)
- 2+ years of acquisitions, wholesaling, or investor-focused real estate experience
- Proven history closing deals or converting motivated sellers
- Fluent English with clear communication skills
- Strong understanding of U.S. real estate terms: ARV, repairs, comps, assignment, novations, escrow
- Ability to work U.S. business hours
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience using PropStream, Podio, Mojo, or similar tools
- Multi-market acquisitions experience
- Strong negotiation skills and confident phone presence
Compensation
- Base pay plus strong performance commissions
- Top reps consistently earn $120k+ OTE
- High lead flow and high closing potential
