Real Estate Acquisitions Representative

About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Representative to speak with motivated homeowners, qualify real opportunities, and close property deals across multiple U.S. markets. This is a performance-driven role working with real seller leads provided by the company.

What You Will Do

  • Speak with motivated sellers (inbound and outbound leads provided)
  • Identify motivation, condition, timeline, and price
  • Negotiate and structure purchase agreements
  • Build rapport and move qualified leads to contract
  • Work closely with our Dispositions and Transactions teams
  • Update CRM accurately and follow a proven process

Required Experience (Do NOT apply without all of these)

  • 2+ years of acquisitions, wholesaling, or investor-focused real estate experience
  • Proven history closing deals or converting motivated sellers
  • Fluent English with clear communication skills
  • Strong understanding of U.S. real estate terms: ARV, repairs, comps, assignment, novations, escrow
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience using PropStream, Podio, Mojo, or similar tools
  • Multi-market acquisitions experience
  • Strong negotiation skills and confident phone presence

Compensation

  • Base pay plus strong performance commissions
  • Top reps consistently earn $120k+ OTE
  • High lead flow and high closing potential

  • Have no U.S. real estate experience
  • Have never negotiated a real estate deal
  • Are looking for hourly or low-pressure work

Schedule Monday–Friday; full-time; fully remote

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
