The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Admin to support our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth administrative operations, managing client communications, and facilitating transactions in the fast-paced real estate industry. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. - Coordinate property listings, prepare and process contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly. - Assist with marketing efforts such as updating property listings on multiple platforms and preparing promotional materials. - Collaborate with sales teams to track leads, follow up with potential buyers or tenants, and maintain the CRM database. - Support financial tasks such as invoicing, payment tracking, and budget reporting as needed. - Organize and maintain physical and digital files related to properties and transactions for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar supporting role, preferably within the real estate sector. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. - Familiarity with real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive client and company information. - A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset to support business operations effectively.
