Role Overview

We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist (Russian/Ukrainian-Speaking) to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position at LYLAW and is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact in a dynamic and client-focused environment. The Receptionist will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing front-desk operations, and supporting the daily administrative needs of the office.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a receptionist or front-desk role
• Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian language
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor with a welcoming and service-oriented attitude
• Highly organized and reliable, with attention to detail
• Comfortable handling phone calls, scheduling, and visitor coordination
• Ability to quickly adapt to new systems, software, and digital tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Must be currently based in the U.A.E.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative capacity preferred
• Client-service oriented, with a warm and professional approach
• Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when needed
• Positive, proactive, and eager to support the team
