Administrative Officer

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Staff member to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle administrative duties efficiently. Experience in the garments or textile industry is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems (both digital and paper-based).
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
  • Assist with inventory management, procurement of office supplies, and liaising with suppliers.
  • Support HR and finance departments with documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist other departments as needed for smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred (1–2 years).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience in the garments/textile industry is a plus, but not mandatory.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
