Patriot Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Admin to join our team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Admin in the Real Estate/Mortgage industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a FULL_TIME position that requires you to work ON_SITE, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our real estate business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and organizing real estate transactions and documentation
• Coordinate appointments, showings, and meetings for real estate agents
• Handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Maintain and update real estate listings and databases
• Support the team with administrative tasks and office operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a real estate administrative role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software
• Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
