Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on high-potential real estate investment opportunities
• Provide market insights, investment guidance, and property recommendations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and property owners
• Conduct property viewings and professional presentations
• Generate leads and successfully close investment deals
• Prepare investment proposals and estimated ROI comparisons
• Stay updated on UAE market trends, pricing, and real estate regulations

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate sales or investment advisory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is preferred
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to succeed
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English is required
• Additional languages such as Chinese, Farsi, French, or Russian are a strong advantage
• UAE driving license preferred
• RERA certification is a plus
