Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Headhunt experienced Property Consultants via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
• Screening: Conduct daily interviews to select high-quality closers.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
• Onboarding: Coordinate the hiring and integration process of selected agents.
• Targets: Meet and exceed monthly recruitment quotas.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in Dubai Real Estate or Sales recruitment.
• Skills: Expert in LinkedIn sourcing, advanced headhunting, and candidate convincing.
• Attributes: Aggressive, result-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
