Job Title: Real Estate Recruiter

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Recruiter to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding high-performing real estate professionals, including property consultants, team leaders, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified real estate agents through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract top-performing real estate professionals.
• Prepare employment offers and assist with onboarding documentation.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor market and recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Bayt, and Indeed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting real estate agents in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
• Strong professional network within the real estate sector.
