We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Admin / Personal Assistant with strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate brokerage market, capable of handling full operational workflows independently.Responsibilities:* Manage all daily administrative operations* Organize and maintain data using Google Drive and CRM systems* Create and manage property listings on Property Finder, Bayut &amp; Dubizzle* Ensure accuracy and quality of all listings* Stay aligned with listing guidelines and market updates* Strong knowledge of DLD / RERA rules and procedures* Handle secondary market operations* Prepare and review MOU agreements in compliance with regulations* Follow up on commissions with developers and brokerage partners* Provide direct support to management (PA role)* Manage schedules, meetings, and task follow-ups* Prepare accurate operational reports* ⁠team onboarding processRequirements:* Strong experience in UAE real estate brokerage* In-depth knowledge of DLD / RERA and secondary market processes* Hands-on experience with property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)* Experience in preparing MOU and handling sales processes* Highly organized with strong attention to detail* Fluent in English* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasksPreferred:* Strong and convincing personality* High level of ownership and accountabilityPay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Real Estate Admin: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
