Real Estate Admin (Developer Experience)

We are looking for a Real Estate Admin with developer experience who will serve as the first point of contact for clients while supporting our sales team with essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients and maintain a professional reception area
  • Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and deliveries
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, reservation forms, SPAs, brokerage agreements, and NOCs
  • Process brokerage agreements in line with company policies
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, marketing, and project registration teams
  • Update CRM systems and client databases
  • Track payments, issue receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Prepare sales activity and lead conversion reports
  • Respond to client inquiries on projects and payment plans
  • Schedule meetings, viewings, and events
  • Support property launches, open houses, and marketing activities
  • Manage filing, scanning, office supplies, and general admin duties

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales administration or reception, preferably with a real estate developer in Dubai
  • Strong knowledge of SPAs, brokerage agreements, NOCs, and RERA documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
  • Tagalog-speaking
  • Must be able to join immediately
