We are looking for a Real Estate Admin with developer experience who will serve as the first point of contact for clients while supporting our sales team with essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and maintain a professional reception area
- Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and deliveries
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, reservation forms, SPAs, brokerage agreements, and NOCs
- Process brokerage agreements in line with company policies
- Coordinate with finance, legal, marketing, and project registration teams
- Update CRM systems and client databases
- Track payments, issue receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances
- Prepare sales activity and lead conversion reports
- Respond to client inquiries on projects and payment plans
- Schedule meetings, viewings, and events
- Support property launches, open houses, and marketing activities
- Manage filing, scanning, office supplies, and general admin duties
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in sales administration or reception, preferably with a real estate developer in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of SPAs, brokerage agreements, NOCs, and RERA documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
- Tagalog-speaking
- Must be able to join immediately
