Admin Officer – Real Estate
Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our real estate brokerage. The role is front-desk based with responsibilities spanning administration, basic marketing support, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Office Administration
- Manage front desk, greet clients, and handle calls and emails professionally
- Coordinate office supplies, correspondence, and general office upkeep
- Support management with scheduling, reports, and ad hoc tasks
Documentation & Contracts
- Assist in preparing and filing tenancy contracts, Form A, Form B, Form F, and MOU documents
- Coordinate document collection and signatures with agents and clients
- Maintain an organized filing system for all legal and transactional documents
Property Portals
- Upload and manage property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle
- Coordinate with agents to keep listings updated and accurate
Requirements
- 1–2 years of admin or front desk experience (UAE/real estate preferred)
- knowledge of property portals and social media platforms
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Good communication skills in English
- Well-organized, punctual, and a team player
Salary: AED 4,000/month (inclusive of allowances)
Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
